LOL
spiders i can stand upto a certain size, i dont like those huge ones with long skinney legs(kinda reminds me of me:)) tarantulas are cool though.
So now i know who to call when one of those huge things is crawling up my living room wall:)
Cheers Mr Fozzer;D

The Huntsman is the one your'e probably referring to crawling up the wall. They have a nasty bite but are pretty harmless.   ;D ;D ;)

(The smaller ones are more often than not, the ones that pack the punch).

Aust. has the most poisonous in the Sydney Funnelweb (female). Not far behind but a bit smaller is the Redback (same family as your Black Widow).  ;) ;)

Mornin' Craig... ;D...!
Have you had a look outside at night yet...
..and have you got a "fear" of the planet Mars dropping on your head... ;)...?....LOL...!
It's the brightest thing in the sky at the moment, (apart from the Moon)...and it's the closest it's been for..err...errr..a very long time...!
Look towards the South, (in the direction of the Moon), and you will spot it, a big yellow dot in the sky... 8)...!

Cheers Craig... ;D...!

I don't like crowds!! I could spend the rest of my
life alone on an island and it would not be a
problem!! Kimber is the same way, we need,
twin islands!!

The worst she could say is; "Yes, but not with you" ;D

Be friends first, if it is to be, it will happen!!
If not, you have a lot of friends!!

Brad

This is a typical problem of Vietnam vets...I hate crowds...anyone that's ever been to Saigon would be this way. I agree on the island living also. I'm more at home in the woods and I hate big cities with a passion.

You would think after those darned tunnels that I'd be claustrophobic...but I'm not. Only one trip into one, made me decided that I'd prefer a courtmartial over a return visit though. ;D

The only thing I'm really scared of is my mum in a rage. Scottish regiments would run away from her! She is truely terrifying. One of my friends was in the house when I got told off (v.mild by her standards), and he admitted he was scared!

I noticed that big thing next to the moon a few days ago, thought it was Venus though ::).
The reason all of this started was that a friggin huge spider set landspeed records around the living room last night. The body was about an inch long and had 2 inch legs (biggest I've ever seen in Scotland).
And brensec its not that I'm afraid of girls, only the rejection part :P

My love of spiders means that my house is full of them, cobwebs everywhere, which I have to wade through every morning.... ;D...!
I pick them out of my bath, and carry them carefully outside... 8)...!
But...
They do keep me company, I talk to them, and they Hoover up all the crumbs around my computer while I am typing this...!
..thank-you, Mr Spider... 8)...!
(I love Maccers fear of "Edges",...fantastic...).... ;D...!

Cheers all... ;D...!
Paul...here, Mr. Spider! Another biscuit crumb for you.. ;)...!

I'm not too bothered by spiders its only when your just about in bed and you see a spider. You try to grab it and chuck it out the window but they are fast little, (or in some cases very big,) things and it goes where you can't see it and I'm edgy for the rest of the night.

Oh yeah and something for you guys to have nightmares about.

- In a life time one person usually ingest up to 6 or 7 spiders during their sleep due to them crawling into your mouth. :o

I see I'm not alone with my dislike of crowds & confined spaces. I could cope with most things except being trapped in a crowded lift (elevator) or serving on a submarine. Spiders never bothered me until I got married. My ex was/is terrified of them & passed her fear on to me (& our daughter). I'm much like Fozzer now & encourage them as pets. Here Boris.* LOL ;D
