I rate my meals in terms of efficiency i.e. time taken to eat / time taken to prepare and clean up. If I achieve anything much less than unity, the meal is not worth the effort.

Have to admire you for your culinary talent Foz; I don’t know how you find time for flying with all that cooking! Do you have a Filipino to do the chores for you?

I enjoy doing lots of things; and food shopping, preparation, cooking, and serving with a smile is one of them!

...and I know it keeps me in very good health at the same time!

Being very long retired means that I have all the time in the World!
