Contrary to popular belief, I am not a yellow tabby in a leather flight helmet! (But to see that, you'd have to find an old post under the user name of "Boikat". )

Almost have it, too. She's tryin' real hard, that's for sure!

Actually, if my left eye didn't stay closed all on it's own, I'd be wearing a patch on it, since I was visciously attacked by that horse back in 92, and it's not a real pretty sight to see...I still have the patch the hospital gave me when I got it operated on last...
And just so's y'all know: I am a grandpa X 8, at least by the 5 kids I was able to keep track of. One son named Tallesein-James, and a daughter whom I have no clue as to her name I haven't been kept informed about. 2 different mothers for those 2.

@RAFSB: I darn near "snapped to" and saluted when I first saw your pic! Old, ingrained Marine habit :D
YOU, sir, are the epitome of the British RAF Officer if ever I saw it!

The rest of you, I'd comment, but those words aren't fit for Forum posts!! :naughty:
Kidding! It's great to get a good idea of everyone's face :) Thanks for the pix!

Ahhhhhh Pat. That's a Canadian Army Mess Dress. Not Brit.

The tag (RAFSB) is from the days of MS CFS when I first flew with the RAF662CFSG. Still a member but do not fly any combat.

My apologies, SIR!

I do apologize, the "sir" is just a small joke :D I couldn't resist, heheehe

I'm used to the Navy and Marine Mess Dress uniforms, mostly the Officer's versions. Much snazzier than the enlisted, althou the E-7 and E-8 uniforms are nearly as fancy as an officer's. Navy OR Marine :D

Fozzer, in all his glory...
Just slightly more ragged at the edges, (wrinkly), now that I am 80!
Still got my full head of black hair tho!
You're actually younger than my oldest 1st cousin (she hit 80 -- or it hit her -- in January); we're in the same family generation but, socially, I'm in her son's generation.
I'm having some problems of late, much diabetically related but I haven't had a full head of black (or, dark brown) hair for most of my life. In fact, I first started with grey (Br. sp.) hair in the temple area when I was 17, which worked its way down to forming a "V" on my chest; once I got out of the Air Force, I began combing the dark hair on my head over the grey which is becomimg more difficult to do -- the grey is now working its way well back as well as an ever increasing thinning up top. The strange thing, though, is that I no longer have a grey "V" on my chest -- dark hair has grown in where the right-hand side of it was.
I'd say I'm not normal -- but I expect you already thought that.
