Bummer... I know one person who had it, when younger than you- one day he was fine, next day he felt like he'd been speared in the gut. Nasty business.
Get well soon!!
BLAZE wrote:Hey Matt, Best wishes on preventing those GOD ALL MIGHTY PAINFULL!! bouts from coming back. I myself suffer from the dredded
diverticulitis. I'm 46 now and have this problem since my mid 30's. Very painfull I know. So bad in the early days that it made my heart
go out of rhythm.
Doc told me to stay away from any foods with a husk, like corn, beens, peas.... stuff like that. I'm sure you got the ol'paper with all the
stuff you like but can't eat anymore. Bummer!![]()
The only thing good about when I got the ol'shufty-scope up the jet pipe was the 'Demerol' WOW! I didn't care about much of anything after
that beauty was put in the I.V.
expat wrote:Yes, that is the stuff I have to miss too. As for the ol'shufty-scope, after the drip was put in, apparently I asked the nurse to hold onto the medical cabinet as it was racing across the the room............![]()
