Right or Left Handed? Vote now

Postby Mitch. » Mon Oct 19, 2009 7:48 pm

So do you prefer to write with the right hand or left hand or are you ambidextrous*? 8-)

*Ambidextrous;
being equally adept in the use of both right and left

None of the above... I'm not "adept" with either nor both of them -- they do outdo my feet at the procedure, though.

Has any poll that ever been posted in the history of Sim-v EVER had a purpose?  ;)

Anyway.. I'll go with the right answer  :D 8-)

I write with my left, and do most everything else with my right.

I write with my left, and do most everything else with my right.

I've always found it strange when people can do that...

I learned to write with my left hand during the 7th grade when I broke my right hand. It's not the most beautiful handwriting, but it does the job... But then again neither is my normal handwriting ;D

Right-handed!... 8-)

...an excellent/interesting Poll!... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

...to decide whether or not the Military should continue with right-handed bolt-action Rifles?... ::)...!

(I never failed to chuckle at the attempts of my left-handed Army Buddies struggling to cock their Lee-Enfield, bolt-action Rifles!)... ;D...!

Left-handed Engineering Draughtsmen also have difficult problems with drawing on the Drawing Board, (their left arm covers up what they have drawn/written!)

Left-handed Arabs have got it made...writing from right to left!

Paul...I dress on the left .....(if you really need to know)... ::)...!

.... ;D... ;D... ;D...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

I'm naturally right-handed which is fine with me. It makes life a lot less complicated. My daughter is also right-handed for most things but can write with either hand. She can also write with both hands at the same time, writing backwards with her left hand like Leonardo da Vinci. Is that clever or what? 8-)

My elder granddaughter is a cuddy-whiffer (left-hander). The jury is still out on her little sister. There seem to be a lot more cack-handed people around nowadays. No doubt as left-handed children were forced to write with their right hand when I was at school.

Left-handed Engineering Draughtsmen also have difficult problems with drawing on the Drawing Board, (their left arm covers up what they have drawn/written!)

A lot of right-handers have that problem nowadays with the convoluted way they hold their pens. When I see people writing like this it makes me want to scream. :'(

We were taught the correct way to hold a pen before being taught to write.
