I'm confused

Is Neederlands the same Holland?

and why we have two Island (we can see them from the shore) name Curacao and Aruba and belong to the Nederlands antilles?

yes, holland is the neatherlands.  its like the united kingdom and great britain are the same.  as for the other things, i have no clue.

Yes Holland is the same place as the Netherlands.

And the Netherland Antilles are islands sort of 'owned' by Holland... if you know what I mean... Like how the British 'own' the Falkland Islands...

Would you believe that since I was a child no one has been able to response to this? ,I use to spend hours in a smal earth globe Looking for the "Nederlands"  :-/ and asking where is it?there was Holland (Holanda in spanish)..

First of all let's spell Netherlands right

Netherlands and Holland are the same country, but many people refer to it as one or the other (Holland is the old name)

The Antilles are a group of Islands in the Carribean sea. Many were found/conquered by European countries. Some are the French Antilles, some are the Netherlands Antilles, like St Maarten

The Netherlands Antilles consist of a few islands like Curacao, Aruba, Saba, St. Maarten (yes it's Dutch ). Unfortunatly I've never been there.......

Belgians who live in Flanders speak Nederlands, as do the Dutch...

And also.... The Germans speak some sort of Dutch Dialect... They don't want to admit it but that's just the way it is.
