Bah, we have Super Stallions, Apaches, Hueys and A-10s on regular ops over my area (out of Willow Grove NAS) that OBVIOUSLY don't follow any noise abatement procedure.  The house shakes every time one of these beasts does a low pass, which is at least once a week. :-X

Seakings, Merlins and Hawks. Occasionally a pair of Hawks blast over in formation at very low level, but not too often.

We get those oh so exciting C172's around here.  Shakes the living daylights out of all the grass blades when they do one of their beastly fly overs.

The best I've seen was a pair of AH-64s in formation a couple days ago, passing over the highway.

Funny you should mention low flying C-130s. I saw one today that looked like he was very low (hard to tell with the terrain), then he banked, and dissapeared behind a building. I was affraid he was going down.

I actually saw the local police chopper today ;D

Occasionally get heavies right over my bldg. if they're flying a right base for 22 L/R at Newark, but usually they're not too loud. A few years ago, when I lived at another place up the street, I was in the parking lot when I heard what sounded like a noisy takeoff... but the rumble kept on going. I knew something was wrong, but couldn't see from there.  When it stopped finally, I saw a big cloud of smoke starting to rise from the vicinity of the airport!
Turns out it was a freighter (737?) that had somehow rolled over on short final, crashing onto 04. Fortunately, it was a freighter, and the flight crew and a couple of dead-heads got out relatively unscathed before it really started burning...
