I'm going to have to call it a draw with Green Day and Blink 182.  Generic, I know, but hey, it's got a good beat, it's easy to dance to...I'll give it an 8.
No, Orville. You went last time.

Hi Maccers....
..go for the "Squire" version of the genuine Fender Stratocaster....
It's a fraction of the cost, looks EXACTLY the same and plays the same.... 8)...!
The only difference is in the pick-ups, but no-one notices that anyway.... ;)...!
You, Craig, and me must form a trio sometime... ;D...!
...now that really would terrify the neighbours ... :o...!

Cheers mate... ;D...!

Have fun with the guitar.... ;D...!

Actually, I've set my sights on a Yamaha RGX (121SL). For the following reasons
1) Comes with tuition book :) cos its made as an entry level heavy metal guitar.
2) Comes in a left handed model (Left handed Fender Squires don't actualy exist, only strat's and telecasters :-/)
3) Pickups, I've done my research, and this has two humbuckers and a single coil, which is what im looking for in a heavy sounding axe.
4) It comes in
black. Just the way i like my stuff 8)
Would be nice to jam with the pair of you, but maybe with some classic rock, semi-indy and thrash metal styles in the same room, we might just make a big enough racket to kill the guys next door! ;D lol
