After well over almost 40 hours finally done

Postby wifesaysno » Fri Dec 07, 2012 2:06 pm

Just finished and turned in a 28 page report on flight performance calculations on the U-2S Dragon Lady using only some dimensional data, engine specs, and 2 or 3 weights.

It took over 20hrs and 3 all nighters in a row of MATLAB programming to get it all working  ::)

Time for some TrackIR therapy followed by lots of sleep  :D

Ahh... MATLAB... The single most useless piece of software (in terms of ease-of-use) on the university computers  ;D

I have a fun 5000 word report on material selection for high pressure turbine blades due in for January 7th. I have... Well, I've read the cover sheet so far  :P

MAAAAAAAAATRRRRAAAAAAABBBBBB!

Sorry, injoke at the expense of our lecturer last year... :P

So glad I chose a project with minimal MATLAB in it. Instead working in a simulator package called flightLAB which is almost as bad :P

Ugh, I hate matlab...it doesn't help that the guy that was supposed to teach it to us was completely useless.  I'd have to completely relearn it if I had to use it again.
