Time for today's mid-day Dinner...(not Lunch!)...!

Roast Cumberland Sausages, (with Colmans Mustard).
Fried Mushroom.
Fried Onions.
Mashed Potatoes with milk and butter.
...all sorts of vegetables...
...and my special Gravy!

..and a glass of Mulled Wine... :D...!

I bet my Dinner at 1:00PM Dinner-time was more substantial than your mid-morning 10:00AM Lunch Break, Cheese and Pickle Sandwich, and cup of Tea... ;)....!

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Actually Paul I had a ham sandwich and some fruit...
Tonight however thanks to my introducing the Hungarian mob to Mexican food we've got spicy chicken tortillas 8-)
