Well.... :)...

...the days are getting longer, and the weather is getting warmer (slightly), so the time is approaching for some nice Summer Salads again...>>>>

It was so delicious that I had TWO whole helpings of what you see here!
I am now stuffed full of Lettuce leaves, etc, etc, etc!... :D...!

...and my nose is mysteriously twitching!... :o...!

You should try Mrs. Oz's Greek Salad with spicy chicken Foz, that rocks! I'd better send you the recipe as soon as She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed translates it ;)

Looks great Foz, and sooo healthy too!  Nothing like a bit of roughage to keep a body regular! ;)
