Steak and Kidney Pudding... [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]...!

Now I know that not everyone is overjoyed at the thought of eating one of the body's filtering organs, but as the weather today is not at its best, 9*C outside; therefore a Summer Salad was not on today's mid-day Dinner Menu... ;)...

Top tip from Agi for you Paul, rub a bit of garlic lightly up and down the skin then rub in salt before popping it in the oven.
Tastes yummier than a very yummy thing ;)
