Remember to drink a healthy quantity of red wine too! Apparently the UK 'recommended weekly limit' is actually unhealthily low, they just had to invent a number to make it look like they knew who was in charge  ;D

Sorry to disappoint you chaps. I can't find any reference to a journalist named Jonathan Hayter or a Doctor Karen Weatherby.

I thought it sounded too good to be true. :'(

The cheesy tabloids used to do a diet-of-the-week, make up anything no matter how ridiculous. I remember the "hot dog" diet. Now that's pass

I always wonder why I felt better after going shopping, especially now that the weather is warmer and the view is getting more titalating, so I'm off to pick up a few things at the mall, I'll keep you guys abreast of the situation.
