Windows Live Mail...

Good evening all...

I believe Windows Live Mail is what is on my Windows 7 and used for my e-mail.

Where I am having a problem is folks keep sending me these things about aircraft and I can't seem to get them to a New Folder in My Documents.

I have tried:
-move to folder
-copy to folder

but these are all in the Windows Live Mail itself.

I would like to know how to save these e-mails from my Inbox to somewhere else on my computer.

Any help would be most welcome.

Windows Live Mail is software running on the desktop, not in a browser. It is a free version of Microsoft Outlook. That is, unless you were going to ask a different question.

Interestingly, today I was locked out of my Mail and Hotmail accounts, because they thought my account had gone rogue

Okay folks...got the problem solved...

One of our grandchildren walked me through it and they are not even in their teenage years yet...

What I do is:

-go to the left top corner of my e-mail

-right click on the folder

-use Save As

-send to the Folder in my Documents

-it works....

And here I was just Right Clicking on the E-Mail and trying to send it to a Folder....
