...that's only what happens if you over-boil them!... :o...!

Fresh Garden Peas are lovely if just slightly warmed..and spread with Butter!... :-*...!

It all looks delicious Paul! What fillet might that be? Whiting? Cod? Grouper? Did you batter it yourself or was it something from the grocers freezer section? Reminds me sometime this week i'm going to have to cook my world (at least my world) famous pan seared salmon with Southern Comfort deglaze. I've made friends who can't stand the fish (as they were raised from that stuff in the can that still has the bones in it) come back for seconds,and thirds! I would take photos but it goes to fast ;D

I used to eat our garden's peas right out of the pod.
Overboiling them is for pea soup; mashing them is only on a very rare occasion when I make a sandwich with them.

Fish is my excuse for partaking in a goodly helping of Sauce Tartare, Dave!.... ;)...!
