Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.

I recognise the item in the photograph...

It's Scottish Stag poo.

Its not amongst my list of cooking ingredients....trust me... ;)...!

I'll stick to plain-old Mushrooms... ;)...!

In France, they use pigs to find truffles.
In Italy, they use dogs to find truffles.
In Scotland they use Children???  ;D
