Knackered!

Postby ozzy72 » Thu Mar 17, 2011 2:32 pm

I'm bushed. I've just spent the day overhauling my mighty Kwaka! Friggin' Norah what a day. Tomorrow it all goes back together! I just hope she looks as good as planned....
I love the new flush fitting front indicators, teardrop shaped and lookin' cooler than liquid nitrogen 8-) 8-) 8-)

I've made an interesting discovery today, the degreasing agent I'm using to clean the bike has an unpleasant allergic reaction with my skin...
Oh and de-greasing your fairings in the bath results in a lot of hard work to get the black gunk our of the bottom of the bath before the wife gets home ;D ;D ;D

There is nothing more gratifying than hearing your bike start up after you rip it apart and rebuild it on your own. The ladies in our lives just don't understand that.  8-)

A number of my fingers are blistered and raw but hey tis worth it to see my baby shiny and lookin' cool! Mini-mod has asked to have a photo of her taken on it. Be prepared for extreme cuteness on a Kawasaki 8-) She has already been moaning that I've got to get her a helmet so she can go for a ride!
I've created a monster ;D ;D ;D

So when on your bike, you look like a well-ard mutant ninja power ranger, but once back home, it's a nice skirt and blouse ;D ;D

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Actually I tend to wear tracksuit bottoms and one of my rude elderly T-Shirts that the wife won't let me wear outside the house!
Well after 4 days of labour the bike had a test run this morning. New wiring working nicely, the super aerodynamic indicators are very bright, the repaired fairings are slippery to the air. Adjusted chain making for super smooth clutchless gear changes.
Oh and Jag XJ6s make a lovely breakfast for a Ninja ;D ;D ;D
