And we resisted decimalisation for a long time because it was toooooo complicated ;D

The main reason we resisted it was the cost. Prices doubled overnight as we knew they would. >:(

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Which is the obvious origin of our 1d (one penny) nails over here; with their current price it would be cheaper to beat an actual penny into a nail. :P

When I first moved to Canada, I went to hardware store to buy a box of 16 penny nails. No one had a clue what I was talking about, and I didn't have a clue as to what they actually called them.   :)
