Thanks for that Webb, I've used that site before.   How interesting, I've passed his house many times without knowing it, it's a fairly major road, not a side street, Miami Dade College is about a mile directly west of it.

It's a pretty good neighborhood over there, not really exclusive or anything like that, but large lots maybe 3/4 acre in size or so.  The market value of that house is typical of a lot of homes around there.

Well, ain't it a small world.  And his is about to get smaller still.

I'll take a look next time I'm out there.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Well, he was found guilty of all charges. Sentencing can range from the five years as stated, or to life. We'll all know on December 5, I think it is.
