Well, since we are on the subject, I've got a question. Every year I read about a lot of houses being destroyed and people killed by tornadoes and floodings. I also notice it happens in a certain area of the U.S. So why don't you get out of the way and move to an area where this doesn't happen? I know I wouldn't build my house in an area likely to be destroyed a few times a year.
Crash

No matter where you live, a natural disaster can get you.
Earthquakes
Floods
Hurricanes
Snow/blizzards
Tornadoes
Thunderstorms/wind damage/hail damage/lightening damage
Tsunamis
Wildfires
I'm sure I left off other types of natural disasters. Then there's the man made disasters.
The funny thing is....I suppose where Crash lives in Holland, and like me in England, we don't seem to suffer the various, frequent, natural disasters which seem to afflict most of the United States.
Whenever I trawl daily through the news from various States, there is always some terrible natural disaster going on, causing great pain, discomfort, and expense to the inhabitants!...
...and like Crash, I think surely there must be somewhere to live in the U.S. where this is unlikely to occur so frequently

My biggest worry is if I leave my Motor Bike outside, it may possibly rain, and get a bit wet...

Crash's biggest worry is that a Dike may burst and get his Motor Bike wet....
.....(and possibly bury the rest of Holland under water)...

Paul....Mmmmm....I spot a little Cloud, overhead!...
