I voted for both, but I'm a little more partial to Belgian Waffles.

pancakes.....but they have to be proper pancakes (thin and crispy) not those soft squidgey things....

Belgian waffles with icingsugar and whipcream!

Pancakes with brown sugar and baked appleslides (marinated in Calvados)

Pancakes with a hint of Grand-Marnier in the batter!
