Hi Doug
Sorry, but i have only just joined on this site and its because i searched for merlin engines on google and saw one of your posts saying you wonder if there are any merlin engines around for sale. Well i have one. Its a complete RR Merlin 724-1C. I am just contacting you as i know nothing about plane engines. I dont know the value of it or anything. Sorry to be a bit vague but i have been left several plane spares and i dont know where to sell them. Please can you help?
thankyou and sorry for contacting you like this but this is all new to me. Hope you dont mind.
thanks and best regards
John

Hi John... :)

Sorry to take so long to get back to you but we have been away.

I would suggest you contact the Canadian Warplane Heritage in Hamilton Ontario, Canada and talk to someone there, they fly a Lancaster and several fighter aircraft.  They might be in the market for an engine and parts.

I am sure someone there would be able to help out.

I sent you an e-mail as well.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
