Invisibility of this sort (I think. Couldn't watch the video
.) would be very usefull for guerilla warfare, since being in the jungle or in the desert would be that much easier without ghillie suits and camo gear. Or better yet, spies. Or anything that would require someone or something staying immobilized and undetected for extended periods of time.
