Okay, what the hell happened in the video with the guy taking a wing to the face?! It looks like the pilot actually aimed at him by lowering the wing!

I've seen that clip before.  The story I heard was the local news was doing a segment on a local air show.  They were going to be doing a little mock bombing with flour bombs at the show and wanted to get it on camera.  The plane was supposed to fly over and flour bombs were supposed to fall near the reporter as he started his segment.  The footage you saw is a result.  Apparently the reporter was fine.  A little concussed but no permenant brain damageamageamageamage...
