After their last rocket tests failed. the only real use they have for it right now is to leave big holes in the north Korean mountains. Since it's believed they only have enough material for 7, its unlikely they will be wasting too many more on tests. Personally I think they are going the lazy mans way about creating a PGA level golf course. Thats what i'd do. :D

Lol! Too true Craig.

It doesn't mean much, only that they have nuclear weapons. The way things are going now I doubt there will be war over this....

It has nothing to do with "we have it, so why can't they".  It has more to do with is the nation obtaining nukes will be a responsible member of the nuclear club.  Can we trust NK to not prolierate with Iran?  Nope.  Theyr'e already doing that now.  And as extension, can we trust Iran to not proliferate with any of their favorite terrorist groups?

Nope.

Strikes me that once a nation has nuclear weapons all they ever do is be responsible about it. If any nation gives nuclear weapons to terrorists it'll be Pakistan, not North Korea who just want to protect themselves in a world where everyone seems to hate them.
