The mental leap to ascribe pneumonics to this object (the sound "door") is a small one.
On the cellular level, it's a pretty big leap from the mind to potentially ailing lungs, particularly if applied to the door. Unless we're applying heat, whereupon it's just been doused with a lot of hot air, I must deduce that you're speaking of a mechanized, computerized door. If that's the spirit of the matter, then Fozzer's vacuum may soon end its coy ploy and start telling him off. :o 8)
