Theyr.net  the best and most accurate weather forecast service on line and available anywhere is not free any more  :(
In my region of NW Italy I collate 6-8 forecasts a day and none of them are correct. Only Theyr. If you need a general forecast then look at euronews.net ;) They're weather predictions seem to have an uncanny level of accuracy! And it is free ;) ;D 8)

I use a program called Weather Pulse (link below). It gets its info from www.weather.com, and It's usually pretty accurate.
