HMMMM....We bought our first home computer when FS98 came out. ::)

Ever since then I have upgraded to what I have now a P4 with FS2004.

Have never had another game on a computer other than Flight Sim.

Guess am not interested in them and when I was a kid pin ball machines didn't interest me either.

If I wanted to hear a bang I took a weapon out and fired it and still do...sometimes just to hear the bang and annoy the old girl ::)LOL

I use FS2004 for instrument flying only and some navigational exercises and that is about it.

Almost had my hands on a Link Trainer but the Royal Canadian Air Cadets beat me to it.  Still looking for one.

I once had a GREAT IDEA, I was going to put a glass addition on to the house to park the aircraft in.  Our home is over a century old and stone.  I wanted to put the addition onto the Family Room so we could sit, drink, watch the fireplace, Christmas Tree, play the piano or whatever.
It is funny how the old girl and I share the same passion of flight BUT she dug her heals in and wouldn't budge on that idea. :( :( :(  It is funny how she can be so sweet and yet so dam stubborn/obstinate.  Takes after her mother I guess. ;D

Well if I come across a motion simulator I can afford the old girl is going to lose a room somewhere :) and as for Flight Sim Burn-Out, why at our age we keep too busy to get burnt out. ;)

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
