Heh...this is why I love Calculus, you get to assume things

We can get ever closer to a number, without actually reaching it, but the difference becomes so insignifigant that we just throw it out and pretend that we reached the number

It acutally makes more sense too, because we live in a real physical world (well, some of us, no names

), there is a diference between 'theoretical' and 'reality'...
...for example...you are facing a door (wow...how many of us actually do that?

) and you are 10 feet away...and you walk twards it...
...you will, at one point, walk half the distance, and be 5 feet from the door, and then you will half that distance and be 2.5 ft from the door, and so on...
...on paper...you will always be halfing the distance, so you can never reach the door (maybe this is why none of us have a life

)...
BTW...did I mention I love calculus? At this point, I'm allowed to say 'that it is impossible to be physically 0.000000000000000125 inches from the door, and f**k all this math s**t, I'm gonna go take a nap'...
...btw...you alos get to divide by zero and make up numbers if you can't get them...
...I love calculus!
