LOL... I'm pretty good at mimicking cartoon voices, but Muttley's damn near impossible, like Donald Duck. And how about the rest of the Vulture Squadron- like the mechanic, whats-is-name..? He had a sort of tic that caused him  to burst out in weird explosive noises while speaking... not easy.
 Winchell's voice (Dastardly) is pretty easy, though...  :D

"BbrrringgSpeeyowwZoink Ptttinnggg!!" And I remember Zilley's head retreating into his collar, turtle-like, when he was really scared... LOL.
Best part was those preposterous flying machines...
