No need to take your shirts off but, getting back to the original entry:
The Russian cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev has broken the record for the most cumulative time in space - clocking up 748 days in orbit on Tuesday.
Pretty cool huh? 8)

What kind of record is that? Some people have spent an entire lifetime way out in space and never left the ground ??? ::) ;D ;D ;D!

Thats not 748 days straight, thats 748 days total over his career.

Thats correct, infact those days have been accumulated over 6 missions (the first was launched in 1988 ).

Actually, I do.  I got all excited for a Russian who's just about lost it, and then he wasn't real. :'( Now it turns out he is!  Yay! ;D

It's just as well that they've got the space record, they haven't done too well with their undersea exploits....

They've had the space record since the 1970s-its nothing new, just a new person.   ;D
