Can someone please tell me what it is? I can't see the video ??? :-/ :-X :-X

It's a little RC boat in the shape of a hydro-plane.  Where the top spoiler is they have elevons, so it can takeoff and fly like a plane, then land back on the water.  It also can scoot along pavement or grass, so you can take it on land too.
The day is always better when you're flying upside down.

If it's like any other foam RC vehicle, it's only grounded until you find the nearest roll of duct tape.  ;D

The Hydro-Foam is a remote control electric airplane powered by a brushless motor and lithium-polymer batteries.

That's gonna make it a bit expensive - brushlesses aren't cheap, neither are the ESCs that control them. LiPo batteries are great but need special chargers to stop them catching fire ::)

By the way a brushless motor is so powerful just one of them in a 5kg odd 1/8 scale RC car can easily outrun a nitro engined car of similar size/weight. You're looking at sorta 50-60mph with these motors :o

That equates to around 3hp if you're interested.

Does it have enough lift to accept a turboprop engine... would be cool

Cool, but I'd land it upside down in the lake, ruining it.
