I don't perse excercise daily or really at all.. ;)

I do however work in a factory doing all sorts of stuff! About the most relaxed and least strenous activity I perform is cutting the grass two days a week when it is really growing...

Rest of the time is spent running from one end of the shop to the next.. ;)

Man, in a one-day period, 3-pages worth of posts. :D

I also forgot to mention that in addition to my bike-riding activities, I do pushups with those weight-lifting machines at 35 lbs per arm. I also have to put up with 107* heat in the summer and 30*- of cold in the winter.

El Nino? Hmph... bring it on. 8)

Might as well post this now-some fo you might remember I'm working with my friend Casey for his brother, who's a marine. Well it's after hours here at the office, so it was workout time.

Absolutely BRUTAL stair routine, then into his office to do leg exercises and crunches to blaring techno.

Dude knows how to do a workout-me after it: :-[ :P :P :P

Bikings paid off though-kept up just fine and I feel less sick than them! :D

used to lift weights but I've now got a permanent injury to my right wrist so I don't do anything like as much. I also used to run a lot but now swim after work instead

I run 1.5-2 miles a day (if possible), and I do 20 pushups and as many rotational situps as I can every other day.  Also, there's the occasioanal morning lifting haybales on the farm.  Also, football will start ina few weeks.
