...mmm...just one thing puzzles me in all this....why do folk make the distinction between "man" and "nature" as though we were some sort of superior being. Man is as natural as any other animal, in fact IS just another animal and just as prone to becoming extinct as the next species...

Typical human arrogance. We've always believed we are the superior species & somehow different from all the others. Maybe not quite all of us but this is the common concept.
