hey did any on here do a appretiship? cus i am thinking of doin 1 proberly in aerospace engineering.

A few years back thats all schools tried to give you the option to do. They would litterally force them down your throat on career days. If you asked for other options they would say they didnt have the information avaliable for it and would direct you to another. This approach put me off the idea. I hope it isnt the same today.

theres a class at my college doing an apprenticeship and the coursework is identical, they get better treatment, are guaranteed a job and are already on the payroll of major airlines... wish I'd went for it now....

ps. this is in Aero Mech Engineering  8)

Closest I got to an apprenticeship was boot camp and AIT...... ;D
