LMAO, I have a vague memory of that fruit skit. All I remember is that they pronounced banana with an R, and that it was hilariouse.

I'm trying to think of a fruit that couldn't be considered an offensive weapon. ::) ???

lol......wonder which fruit has killed or hurt most folk...things like banana (slipping on the skins) and coconuts (falling from trees)  have a rather nasty reputation.....commoner  ;D

PS can you count coconut as a fruit :-/ )

What's up with the Brits nowadays? Fruit-related crime? First Ozzy's banana (  ::)  ;D) and now Hagar's rhubarb... sounds nastier than it is, trust me...  ;D

What's next? The UK army really armed with marmelade?  ;D

Just to put a spanner in the works ....... neither bananas or rhubarb are fruit. Bananas are technically herbs and rhubarb is technically a vegetable.  :P :P :P :P
So maybe the thread should be about using spuds as offencive weapons.

......mmm.....what about tomatos...they fruit or veg?....commoner ;)

Tomatos are vegetables..... by strict definition. Therefore they fit well into the offencive vegetable category.

Maybe I should have said that tomatos are vegetables by loose definition ....... they can be classified either way.

Here's another one to confuse the issue ...... The coconut is defined as a fruit as the actual nut (which is the seed)  is contained in a soft outer layer of husk.

Hey call me nuts omag  ;D ;D
