nutter n. Someone with a screw loose. This applies to both the "insane" or "reckless" definitions, so a gentleman who scaled the Eiger naked and a chap who ate both of his parents could both validly be nutters, albeit in slightly different ways.

What's not funny...sometimes these laws are enforced against people that someone doesn't like.

For example, in Kentucky, the Attorney General is trying to get Abortion Clinics to give up their records...specifically looking for those 16 and under having abortions.  This is because it's illegal to have sex if you're under 16.

Now don't get me wrong..16 is way too young to be active as far as I'm concerned (and I have no respect for those who chase after the young), but the idea that the law would come knocking on your door for some stupid thing that you did say...4 years ago (consentually) does not paint a pretty picture in my mind.

Without wanting to start a lengthy debate: No. It's the standard age by now, I've heard of much worse. I don't know what the situation over the pond is like now, but in this country, youngsters are pretty much aware of what they do.
