Have you ever been shaved with a straight razor? Around where I live, there are barber shops that shave you with straight razor. For $20, I just might go for a shave and a cut.

yea, every now and then when i have the extra cash... where i go, they give you a neck massage and use a flobie.. good 'ol local gentry

After witnessing a Vietnamese barber intentionally cut a Black Marines throat ear to ear with a straight razor. I can safely say, NO! I never will!

The attack was completely unprovoked. The Marine was just another customer. The Marine had treated the barber with due respect and I'd arrived at the same time he did, just a few seconds behind him. I was waiting to have my hair cut and when this happened. That could have been me!

We turned the barber into hamburger. The barber turned out to be an North Vietnamese sympathizer.

I did once this summer just to see what it was like... It was right after I got back from Maine and I hadn't shaved in about a week so I just went to see what it was like... Not that bad.
