hmmmm....For some reason I have never had a problem getting to this site eather at school or at vocational...But the filters are pethetic anyways ::)  We get more popups then there are people acualy going to those sites :P  The most annoying problem is one we have at vocational...Some of us are having problems getting to the personal websites that we built during the class ???  Of course the fact that my high school and my voc class pretty much runs on nothing but Macs :-/  I think that might have something to do with it...They are crashed more then they are running >:(

I cracked my schools on system monitoring software (when i was at school, at uni now) in an amazing way, it would take someone a long time to think it up but it is so fool proof and undetectable.  Also getting around the filtering is so simple it can be done with a few clicks of a button, and no filter can cover it.  It is not illegal, but i don't think school admins would like it if i just told everyone.  If you PM me i can discuss it further.

Ahh! Fond memories come flooding back of the terror we used to cause our Computer studdies teacher back in the early 80's with an Acorn BBC Micro and the "Econet" Network systems, I worked out how to remotely block the teachers machine, so we could access the 20MB? Winchester Server (the BBC only had 32kb RAM so a 20MB server was bloody huge back then ;) ) ahh the fun.

*NOTIFY was the OS command we used to chat machine to machine, I remember it to this day! (Insert smiley for nostalgia!  ;D )

Don't you know that you could be installing spyware on the school computers by browsing web sites!? Also, you are cheating yourself out of an education! I suggest you cease and desist this dishonest act at once. Not to metion the fact that you are bound to get caught, the network admins can see every site you browse and when you access them! (Take it from me, I'm a former network admin.)

Schweetness. ;D My school's administrators do a pretty bad job at selecting which sites to block, and even most of the teachers are disgruntled with it.  Frankly, I don't think the way they have the 'pooters set up does anybody an ounce of good.  Meh.

The program i used made it impossible for them to detect it.  We tested it, we knew one of the network admins quite well as he was a friend and he logged into his account and tried to find us, we totally disappeared when we ran our program.

I don't really think SimV is the place to discuss how to hack something, so I am going to close this topic. If any other staff member disagrees please unlock it.
