is there a game where you are an air traffic controller.  OR a game where you control the overal operation of an airport

Airport tycoon 2...allows you to build/operate airports...

If connected to the internet I believe that there is also a way to act as ATC for multiplayer flights...:-)

you can join Vatsim as a controller...it can't be more realistic than that, or you must be a real controller.  ;)

lol, I never played the first one, I'm glad I didn't..... :P

I suppose that it might be interesting to somebody, but to me it held no interest..:-)

I love the so-called "God games"...got loads of the buggers here.  But AT, despite the potential it really had, sucks.  So when 2 came out, I thought "Phew, they fixed it."  Nope.  Wouldn't even run.  lol
