Video I made...

Postby Boss_BlueAngels » Sat Sep 25, 2004 8:15 pm

Well, I hope this is the right place for this, as it is "flight sim stuff" but it's not Microsoft Flight sim related. lol

Anyway, check this out... I made the video, and did ALL of the flying (thanks to a handy "record" feature which I wish FS9 had!)

Just go to my site below, and click on the link for the video!

WOW.

I have to say, I'm not a fan of that sim (other than the re-recordability of it), but that was some DAMN fine flying.  VERY impressive!
Great edit, Bob.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it.  It certainly was fun to make!  I can't tell you how many hours the actual flying took though... lol The editing was just about 2-3 hours... but the flying took forever.

And yeah, I can't stand the flight model in the game... but for playability, and pure and simple pleasure, it's great!

And don't worry... I've trying to think of ways to do this with FS9... Ooohhh.... It would actually be much easier to keep an even tighter formation in FS9, than YSFLIGHT.  Although the damage area in FS9 is much wider than the cheaper one... so to get close you have to turn off collisions. :-(

Thanks again, glad to see more people are enjoying it. :D  Well, I certainly would be up for trying some formation stuff with you guys.  Preferably on a weekend.  And I'll fly any position nobody else wants to. lol
