12 Hours and Counting!

Postby Wing Nut » Mon Jul 26, 2004 6:24 pm

Well, it is now about 12 hours until I leave for Oshkosh!  I'm taking my little brother, who hasn't much interest in aviation, but I hope to convert.  Last chance if anyone wants to meet up!  I'll check in just before I go...   :)

The upside of that is Sunday, my 16 yo son is going to stay with the ex for 2 weeks and they have a nice Air Museum down there at Rantoul, so I have a good excuse for a side trip...  ;D

I've heard rumours that Bob deFords MJ100 will be there (full sized Spit replica), along with the Supermarine Aircraft Cos. Mk26 (80% scale) Spit.
Keep an eye out for them Kevin and have a great time, we're all looking forward to the photos ;)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
