I saw this video last week & it's a relief to know the victim survived. A 2nd I've seen lately of senior citizens running red lights ... The other one was in Germany when a golden girl ran a red light & hit someone crossing. Thoughts of stricter driver testing beyond a certain age & building in an observation test ...

The Golden Girls was a TV series featuring 3 ladies living in retirement in Florida.

I didn't watch the vid but don't really see what age has to do with this. It's true that some older drivers get confused & do daft things. Maybe they should accept that it's time to stop driving. I see plenty of stupid idiots of all ages that should never be allowed to drive a lawnmower, let alone a car, every time I go out on the road.
