Anet forums

Postby Craig. » Wed Oct 22, 2003 1:07 pm

okie dokie, i think i have finally gotten proof why i wont be joining the airliners.net forums.
http://www.airliners.net/discussions/ge ... n/1231606/

that topic give good reason not to pay to join.
all they seem to do is bicker over the smallest things, and seem to think everyone should be interested in aviation, when to be quite honest with you 90% of the public couldnt give a damn whether or not its a boeing or an airbus, let alone a 737 or a320.::)

of coarse most are a bunch of kids who like to think they know it all and when it omes down to it, half of them have never even flown as a passenger let alone pilot.
anyway rant over

Of course SimV is the friendliest.  The problem is that when starting a flame war here, the flamee usually agrees with the flame-er.

it seems to be that they have a pole rammed to far up there *ss than to care about 'educating' the general public.  I mean its alright to sit there and make fun of them but you cannot expect someone who isnt interested in Aircraft to know anything about aircraft!  That topic made me sick!  :-/  :-/  It's sorta like a preschooler talking about the human body - of course he aint gonna know all the in's and out's and he has no need to!
