Hurricane Isabel: How badly is Kitty Hawk hit?

I understand that the east coast of North Carolina is badly hit by the Isabel and Kitty Hawk lies just there. I am just wondering how bad things really are in Kitty Hawk and how it might affect the centennial of flight.

The gov of North Carolina said in a speach that they were going to work hard to get Kitty Hawk ready so they can continue with the celebration, but I haven't heard any details of the damage.
