Hi Fozzer,

I would highly recomend getting a new e-mail address, or alias if it's the case, and stop subscribing to all those porn sites ;D

Hi Andrew...!
I hate the thought of having to change my E-Mail address....I've got to quite like it...'trubble is all the spammers like it as well... ::)...!
I often wonder if the spammers trawl through Sites like this to obtain our addresses.
Long ago I removed my address from my Profile for that very reason, but maybe it's too late now...all the world and his dog know it by now... :'(...!
As for all the porno stuff which keeps flooding my mail-box, maybe it's because my christian name is part of my mail address...(only a bloke would be interested in this stuff???).... :o...!
Wether changing the name@ part of the address would reduce the Viagra/ Get A Big Willy/ Big Girls With Web-Cams/ spam I don't know...?
Or should I just sit here and observe it and slowly go blind in the process... 8)...!
LOL...LOL...LOL...!

Cheers Mate.. ;D...!
Paul.

P.S. ..sorry Hyp if I keep trashing your thread now and again with something different...  ::)...!

Fozzer, a good way to keep spam out of your inbox is to set up your email to only accept emails from people you know.  (This can bite ya if you're "expecting" mail from someone new, but it's a good tool  nonetheless.)

As for the last part of your comment, all I'll say is this.

"One man's trash is another man's treasure."   ;)
Great edit, Bob.

fozzer,if you want a really secure e-mail address,i could help ya with setting one up at web.de. they've got the best spam-filter avaiable on the net. the only disadvantage is,that you'd have to get a crash-course in german. ;D

Fozzer, actually I DO use Outlook Express for my VA email, but I've never really screwed around with the filters on it.  (I don't even know if there are any. lol)

But tonight when I get home I'll take a look at it and post some help for you.
Great edit, Bob.
