I apparently sent these guys an e-mail before vacation and they replied.

Looks like Dutch to me. I'm a bit rusty, but you could ask Ivan, as he is from the Netherlands.

I got one exactly like that. I wrote back saying I couldnt read German. I dont remember sending them anything

Yup, and Flemish is v.similar to Dutch, and so is English (which is probably why I managed to learn the language ;D)
