Air Canada 747 Smoke in Cabin

Postby Iroquois » Mon Aug 18, 2003 3:02 pm

An Air Canada 747-400 was forced to land in Iceland after smoke was detected in the cabin. The aircraft launched a distress signal 1000km off the Icelandic coast. It came down ok and nobody was hurt. The cause of the smoke is not yet known.

I'm glad to hear that no-one was hurt. That is the most important thing.
However lets face facts, if I was your pilot the old cancer sticks could be viewed as positively healthy ;D

Funny....when I first read the subject, the very first thought I had was, "Hmm...Will didn't tell me he was going on a trip."

LOL
Great edit, Bob.
