saab340 and fokker50/70

ok this isnt one of those what do you know about said planes threads this is personally for my own benefit.
i was wondering if anyone on here has been on any of the planes mentioned due to the fact i will travelling this summer on all three and would like an idea of just how bad it will be
Saab340 is from memphis to tupelo 45 min flight
Fokker70 from bristol to amsterdam, hou and 30 min flight(i have heard these planes from outside and they are noisey is it as bad inside as this is an 06:30 flight and i am not a morning person it'll be a good wake up call:)
fokker50 ams to bristol 1:45 flight

Dunno about the saab but i flew to the south of france in a fokker 70 and it wasn't very noisy because of the situation of the engines

its a pain in the ass that F70 it has woken me up every morning at 6:30.
at least if it isnt so bad inside i dont mind
