Alabama House Committee Passes Massive Porn Tax

Rather than fix a $200 million overspending problem before October 1, the Alabama House Ways and Means Committee has passed a 40 percent “porn tax” on the gross receipts from the sale, rental, or admission charges of pornographic material. This includes pornographic magazines, adult videos, and online adult rentals ...

My ex father-in-law use to tease about his state having a "pole tax" that would tax per inch. He said it was the perfect tax because no man in his right mind would want to look lacking. So the tax was always paid at the higher rate.

He claimed to have to pay a luxury tax himself.....

According to most researches into the porn industry, there is a lot of criminal activity involved. So to solve a shortfall, Alabama is going to tax organised crime................

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.
